Primarily we are investors so we buy properties to add to our own portfolio but we also work with our sister company, Your Source Ltd to pass on any properties that we can’t take on. Your Source Ltd is a property company that finds properties for other investors. So if we can’t take the property on then we will find an investor that can.

If we purchase your property, we won't need agents. Which means no extra fees! More often then not we include your legal fees in the purchase too. When we pass it on to an investor, they pay the fee.

VSPI Ltd is a family business predominately ran by me, Steve Hawrylak, Executive Director.

My property journey began in 2011 when I sold my first house. Ever since then I have always been invested in the idea that property was the lucrative business that I wanted to be involved in.

I’ve spent years working on building sites to help develop the knowledge added to access properties.

From building sites to retail work. I worked in Screwfix for over 8 years, which proved to be much more detrimental in powering my property journey forward then you would think. Mixing with people in multiple trades helped me further improve my property knowledge and helped build our team.

We are based in Kent but we invest all over the country. We mainly invest in single let properties and serviced accommodation.

Why do we invest in property?

Being self-employed allows us to arrange our own schedule which gives us more autonomy throughout everyday life.
